Megan leads new programmes and innovation at the Firstport Group, Scotland’s development agency for start-up social entrepreneurs and mission-driven business.

Megan joined Firstport from a venture-backed tech start-up, where she set-up and led the charity partnerships team raising over £90 million for charity. Prior to that, she specialised in designing community-based services for charities including Marie Curie and Terrence Higgins Trust.

She has also set-up and run an award-winning communications team. Megan sits on the Board of social enterprise language school Lingo Flamingo and is a volunteer for Changing the Chemistry, a charity which aims to improve board effectiveness through diversity of thought.
